Yandere-chan has a "keep out" sign on her door. That's what I think it says, anyways. Again, I don't really know Japanese. I just did like the Internet said.

Actually, the sign on her door does mean 'keep out', but the first character should be 出(exit), not 立(to stand).

No, you don't need to correct it. "立入禁止" is perfectly correct sign for no-entry zone. PIXELATIONMADNESS suggests changing "立" to "出" which makes the sign "出入禁止" which is, while having same meaning, less commonly used than "立入禁止"
